Hands on expertise in automation tools (RPA, Python/scripting) and AI-driven solutions Experience in process mining and identifying automation/efficiency opportunities Understanding in Lean/Kaizen and continuous improvement methodologies Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding (Power BI/Excel preferred) Ability to design and deploy automation for component/GPU BOM or similar transactional workflows Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Proven capability in mentoring and building team automation maturity Excellent stakeholder collaboration and change management skills. .
