Job Description

Role Overview

You will be an experienced line manager focused on supporting the growth of the delivery organization in India. Your key responsibilities will include people management, recruitment, delivery tracking, and client relationship development. You should possess strong people management and client engagement skills, with the ability to transform business goals into actionable plans. This role does not involve direct technical or delivery projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify customer needs and oversee service delivery within the business context - Initiate and drive the recruitment process, track hiring pipeline, and provide regular reporting - Manage client satisfaction and expectations - Liaise with project teams and internal/external stakeholders - Lead and motivate teams, assist in resource planning, coaching, and team/project performance - Provide daily operational support to the team, covering staff queries, feedback, and assistance - Ensure sharing of best practices and business domain knowledge among teams - Manage risk (staff, project), attrition control, and work closely with Luxoft Customer Success Manager - Monitor and measure team members' mood, ensuring effective support Qualification Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Project Manager, Resource Manager, or similar role related to staff and client management - Proven experience in sustaining a team size of 50+ FTE, preferably in an outsourcing/offshore setup - Strong communication skills with team members, customer representatives, and senior management - Pro-active, responsive, communicative, and willingness to learn and grow professionally - Understanding of SDLC and hands-on experience in Vendor/Client management Additional Company Details: Experience in finance, banking, or telecom area is highly desirable AI literacy and experience in using corporate AI tools are a plus
