Extensive experience submitting and following up on dental insurance claims in a dental office environment. Strong understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and CDT coding systems. Comprehensive knowledge of medical and dental terminology. Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance. Experience with electronic claims submission, electronic patient billing, and attachments. Strong knowledge of accounts receivable management and insurance reimbursement processes.
