Dental RCM Specialist

Virtual Admins is hiring for Dental Billing Specialist (US Healthcare) We are looking for a Dental Billing Specialist with hands-on experience in the US Dental Billing process and a strong understanding of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and is willing to work in a fast-paced US healthcare environment. Roles & Responsibilities Verify patients' dental insurance eligibility, benefits by contacting insurance companies. Contact insurance providers via phone, web portals, and fax to follow up on claim status, denials, pending claims, and payment-related issues. Prepare, submit, track, and monitor dental insurance claims to ensure timely reimbursement. Work closely with dental offices and internal teams Maintain accurate documentation of insurance verification, claim follow-ups, and claim status updates. Accurately document information with a minimum typing speed of 3540 WPM. Key Requirements Experience in US Dental Billing and a good understanding of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Experience with dental practice management software such as Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar platforms is preferred. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively. Comfortable working in US night shifts.
