01Responsibilities
-Obtain patient insurance information
-Contact insurance companies to verify insurance coverage and ensure necessary procedures are covered
-reputed company patient benefit information accurately and ensure existing information is correct
-reputed company notes on upcoming appointments
-Work with offices and reputed company Center Representatives communicating changes in patients' insurance
-Following up with monthly eligibility until surgery has been performed
