01Responsibilities
-Obtain patient insurance information -Contact insurance companies to verify insurance coverage and ensure necessary procedures are covered -Enter patient benefit information accurately and ensure existing information is correct -Enter notes on upcoming appointments -Work with offices and Call Center Representatives communicating changes in patients insurance -Following up with monthly eligibility until surgery has been performed What makes you stand out as a Dental Verification Specialist candidate -Must be excellent at multitasking -Exceptional quick learner with a desire to learn and grow -Organized and analytical with high attention to detail -Strong time management, solution-driven, self-motivated, critical thinker, and prioritization skills -Coachable, open to new ideas, and excited for expansion -Strong communicator with the ability to problem-solve -Excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and maturity -Working knowledge of Microsoft, and ability to utilize spreadsheets -3 years of dental experience and terminology -Previous Insurance experience preferred If you think you could be our newest Dental Verification Specialist please send your resume and cover letter in ASAP!
