Job Location: Pune
Role Overview & Key Requirements
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee regional operations across Pune, Western Maharashtra, Thane, Navi Mumbai, and Kalyan, managing 50+ franchises and a direct team of 4+ members.
Industry Background: Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience across Banking, Insurance, or Telecom (a combination of these sectors is highly preferred).
Core Qualifications:
Proven track record in franchise/dealer appointment and management.
At least 4+ years of team handling experience.
Strong expertise in franchisee/people management and presentation skills.
Multi-language proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Candidates should not have frequent job changes and must not be entirely from the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
Appoint new franchisees and drive child/student registrations.
Manage and retain existing business accounts and children enrolled.
Lead, mentor, and manage regional teams to improve overall state profitability.
Travel extensively across designated regional territories. .
