Oversee new admissions for franchisees & new registrations
Retaining existing business/ franchisees
Responsible for business growth in the region
PnL accountability of the state.
Experience and skills required:
10 +years, of relevant years
Candidates with a minimum of 4 to 5 years ofexperience in Banking, insurance or Telecom with an experience infranchise or dealer appointment with a team handling experience of 3+years is a must.
Good People/ Franchisee management skills
Excellent presentationskills
The Ideal candidate will be travelling within Maharashtra Pune,Western Maharashtra, Thane - Navi Mumbai Kalyan (NewMumbai regions).
Language proficiency in English, Marathi & Hindi

No of franchises to be managed 50+
Number of direct team members to be managed 10+
The ideal candidate should have a very good communication skill and extensive
knowledge of the Maharashtra market. .
