Complete responsibility for financial reporting including accounting, timely month end closure, etc.Monthly variance analysis.Managing Borrowings accounting including ECB & recon along with the Treasury team.Managing publishing of results for the Quarterly exchange reporting.Handling data of Rating agencies.Experience of IND AS is a must.Handling audit queries and ensure closure to the complete satisfaction of the Joint Auditors.Coordinating with various data departments for ad hoc data requirements as well as to ensure smooth closure of monthly financials.Preparation of Annual Notes to Accounts.Handling Annual Report preparation in coordination with the agency.Providing yearly Annual filing as required under ROC for the finance function.Managing public issues of NCDs related to Finance function.Ledger Scrutiny. .
