Deputy Manager - Institutional Sales (Tendering) About Business: Adani Group: Adani Group is a diversified organisation in India comprising 10 publicly traded companies. Job Purpose: This position is responsible for meticulously preparing and submitting competitive tender documentation, conducting financial and market analysis, and developing strategies to maximize the chances of winning contracts while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement, enabling to meet expectations of Adani ICM's organization and Adani Group. Tender Executive Tender Documentation Preparation and Compliance Prepare all necessary documentation required for tender submissions, ensuring completeness and accuracy Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Commercial, Logistics) to ensure that all technical and project-related information is accurately included in the tender documents Verify that all required legal and regulatory documentation, such as licenses and certifications, are in order and included in the submission Submit the prepared tender documentation in accordance with the specified guidelines and timelines Financial and Market Analysis Collect relevant data, information, and market analysis to support the tender preparation process Conduct a thorough cost-benefit analysis to determine the financial viability of the tender, factoring in potential revenues and expenses Calculate pricing and costing for the tender bid, taking into account raw material, freight, and other related costs Conduct market research to assess market conditions, competitor strategies, and pricing benchmarks to create competitive tender bids Stay updated on market dynamics and competitor strategies, providing insights into adjusting pricing and strategies accordingly Strategy Development and Continuous Improvement Work efficiently to meet tender submission deadlines and ensure timely responses to tender invitations Maintain records of all tender documentation, including revisions and updates for future reference Collaborate with the Tender Head to align the tender preparation with the overall tender strategy and goals Keep abreast of industry best practices and evolving trends to continuously refine and enhance the tender preparation process Make informed decisions regarding port selection, vessel considerations, and credit-related determinations Create and manage database with details of tenders and competition analysis, submissions and activities comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards Digitization and Automation Support comprehensive digitization strategies to optimise operational efficiency Innovate and implement automation solutions to support overall organisational goals / strategy.
