Deputy Manager/ Manager

Roles and Responsibilities : Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, cash flow statements, fund flow statements, and other relevant reports. Ensure compliance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and IND AS (Indian Accounting Standards). Manage the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to ensure accurate financial planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost reduction and implement process improvements. Job Requirements : 3-6 years of experience in finance or accounting role within an NBFC industry. Strong knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and IND AS (Indian Accounting Standards). Proficiency in preparing various types of financial statements such as balance sheet, profit & loss account, cash flow statement etc. Hands-on experience on MS -Excel .
