Key Responsibilities
**
- Play a key role in building and transitioning functional capability to the service centre
- Address knowledge-related queries and conduct regular refreshers to check retention levels
- Identify best practices in the industry and tailor them to suit organizational needs
- Support senior leaders in developing core content and execution strategy for process efficiencies
- Identify problem areas in processes and develop preventive measures
- Determine the best method and channel to address various training needs
- Drive team performance and ensure delivery of quality results
- Maintain business SLA and quality needs of the process
- Ensure adherence to performance matrix and RTO expectations
- Highlight process challenges in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company procedures
- Utilize Marsh Specialty's systems effectively to monitor, record, and retain information
- Demonstrate clear understanding of regulatory requirements and risks framework
- Adhere to policies, guidelines, and operating procedures
- Keep knowledge and expertise up to date and relevant
- Identify and evaluate risks appropriately

Qualifications Required
**
- 3 years of experience in leading teams and people management
- Preferred experience in the US insurance industry and processes
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Strong problem-solving and reasoning abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly and identify opportunities
- Willingness to work in various shifts: 6:30 AM to 3:30 AM / 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM / 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
