As a Supply Chain Finance Analyst at L05, your role involves supporting the business unit in various Supply Chain Finance processes, such as global procurement, product costing, shipping and distribution, and material ledger management. Your responsibilities will include:- Core planning processes related to Supply Chain Finance, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across Global Procurement, COGS, S&D, CAPEX, and Asset Strategy.- Collaborating with the transformation of Supply Chain Finance Planning team to ensure the smooth transition of processes and timely delivery of FP&A process.- Working closely with BU SCF Leads, Sector SCF Leads, and Finance Managers for a seamless transition and ongoing cooperation.- Providing timely analytical support for SCF BU and Sector including PBR reporting, Make and Move Cause-of-Change analysis, and handling ad-hoc requests.- Conducting Productivity and Capital reporting and planning processes for specific Business Units.- Supporting Costing and Material Ledger Management.- Contributing to the processes improvement agenda for SCF BU analytics and planning, which involves optimization, standardization, and automation of transitioned processes, including change management with BUs and Sector SCF stakeholders.Qualifications required for this role include:- 5 to 6 years of experience in finance and planning for postgraduates in commerce, accounting, or finance.- (2 to 4 years of finance experience for CA/CMA preferred).- Experience in FP&A within FMCG companies, with Supply Chain Finance experience considered a plus. Familiarity with data integrity maintenance and systems like SAP, Business Objects, and Essbase.- Strong excel skills.- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple time-sensitive priorities simultaneously.- Detail-oriented with an organized approach to document maintenance.- Capable of functioning effectively in a team environment.- Demonstrates urgency, courtesy, and patience consistently.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Please note that this job description is for a Supply Chain Finance Analyst role at L05, focusing on supporting various Supply Chain Finance processes and collaborating with different stakeholders for successful planning and reporting., .
