Roles and Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
* Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates in the industry.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions.
* Conduct reference checks, background verifications, and other pre-employment assessments as needed.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
* 4-9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
* MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification will be preferred. .
