Deputy Manager- Sales Execution

- Complete order execution of commercial and sample orders for the EV Business in the Europe region. - Coordinate closely with the Marketing team, Production planning team, and Exim team to ensure smooth execution of orders. - Raise sales orders in SAP and maintain various excel reports such as stock sheet and sales MIS. - Follow up with stakeholders until the orders are delivered to customers. - Support sales activities by coordinating with sales managers and the supply chain team in Germany. - Arrange reimport of rejected shipments when necessary.

- Post Graduate preferred with a graduation in Commerce. - Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel is a must. - Experience in the same industry is desirable. - Knowledge of Export-Import documentation is essential. - Familiarity with Export banking is desirable. In addition to the job responsibilities, you will also be handling: - VAT return filing for import shipments in Europe following VAT consultant guidelines. - Preparation of accounts receivables monthly for Europe business and daily circulation of collection reports. - Issuance of credit notes and debit notes to customers as needed.
