Design and implement efficient onboarding processes, including orientation programs, to integrate new hires into the organization seamlessly. Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance the employer brand and candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant platforms. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment and onboarding processes.
