Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of clients' accounts, ensuring timely payment of invoices and maintaining good relationships with customers.
- Process transactions related to invoice discounting, factoring, and other financial services offered by the company.
- Identify potential risks in the portfolio and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in account management or portfolio management in an NBFC or banking industry.
- Solid understanding of invoice discounting, factoring, and other financial products.
- Excellent transaction processing skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. .
