Job Description
Procurement strategy and planning: Develop category strategies (civil works, MEP, equipment, materials, services) aligned to project schedules, budgets, and risk profiles.
Sourcing and market intelligence: Build and maintain qualified supplier panels; conduct market scans, benchmarking, and shouldcost analyses to drive competitive outcomes.
Tendering lifecycle: Prepare RFI/RFQ/RFP packs, manage prebid meetings, administer bid cycles, and ensure transparent, auditready processes.
Bid evaluation: Lead technicalcommercial evaluations with engineering, QS, and project controls; run TCO and lifecycle cost analyses; recommend awards.
Negotiation and award: Drive structured negotiations to secure price, terms, delivery, warranties, LDs, and performance securities; finalize PO/LOA/contract documentation.
Contracting and compliance: Draft and administer contracts using relevant forms (e.g., FIDIC/NEC/EPC); ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and company compliance standards.
Supplier performance management: Set KPIs, chair reviews, resolve underperformance, and maintain development plans; .
