Role Description The Deputy Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of housing finance products, including home loans and loan against property, within the Ghaziabad market. This full-time, on-site role involves managing and growing a portfolio of customers, building and maintaining relationships with developers, builders, channel partners, and direct customers, and ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role includes identifying business opportunities, conducting customer meetings, explaining product features and eligibility criteria, and guiding customers through the application and approval process.

Manager will collaborate with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure smooth processing, high customer satisfaction, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The role also requires regular market intelligence, competitor analysis, and participation in promotional activities to strengthen the brands local presence.
Qualifications Strong sales and business development skills in financial services or housing finance, including experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in relationship management and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to work effectively with developers, builders, channel partners, and customers.
Good understanding of retail lending products, housing finance processes, documentation, and basic credit assessment principles.
Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial products clearly and provide customer-centric solutions.
Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, manage field activities, and handle a high degree of mobility and client-facing responsibilities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with capability to handle multiple leads, maintain accurate records, and use CRM or sales tracking tools.
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; an MBA or postgraduate qualification in management or finance is an advantage.
