Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and skilled
Design Engineer
to join our fast-growing organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mechanical design, drafting, 3D modelling, assemblies, and manufacturing documentation.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
Proficiency in
SolidWorks, Rhino, and AutoCAD
.
Strong knowledge of
2D drafting and 3D modelling
.
Experience in creating
assemblies and detailed engineering drawings using SolidWorks
.
Preparation of
manufacturing and fabrication drawings
with appropriate dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
Preparation and management of
BOM (Bill of Materials)
and other engineering documentation.
Preparation of
Solar Plant Layouts and Structural Layouts
.
Understanding of manufacturing processes and coordination with production and manufacturing teams.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
Coordination with
Project, Production, Manufacturing, and Site Teams
for design-related activities.
Ensuring accuracy and quality of design documentation as per project and manufacturing requirements.
Preferred Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Candidates with experience in
solar structures, trackers, fabrication, or related mechanical design
will be preferred.
