Role: User Researcher
Experience: 25 Years
Location: Bangalore / Pune (Hybrid)
Education: B.Des or M.Des (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct end-to-end UX research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, surveys, contextual inquiry, and competitive analysis.
- Analyze research findings and translate them into actionable insights.
- Create personas, journey maps, and research reports.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to drive user-centered decisions.
- Present research findings and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in User Research/UX Research.
- Expertise in usability testing, interviews, surveys, heuristic evaluation, and market research.
- Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with research tools such as Figma, Miro, Dovetail, Maze, or UserTesting is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing research projects is preferred.
