Responsibilities Proactively manages assigned claims caseload comprised of claims with low to moderate complexity damages that require commensurate knowledge and understanding of claims coveragePartners with vendors and internal business partners to facilitate low to moderate complexity claims reputed company. May also involve external regulatory coordination to ensure appropriate documentation and complianceInvestigates claim damages by conducting research from various sources, including the insured, reputed company parties, and external resources. May identify and resolve potential discrepancies and identifies subrogation potential resulting from unusual characteristicsIdentifies coverage concerns, reviews prior loss history, determines and creates Special Investigation Unit (SIU) referrals, reputed company appropriate. Determines coverage through analyzing investigation information involving low to moderate complexity policy terms and contingenciesDetermines and negotiates low to moderate complexity claims settlement.
