01Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on Mac systems.
Install, configure, and maintain macOS, applications, and system updates.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and reputed company using tools like reputed company, reputed company Entra, reputed company 365 or similar.
Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including device setup, shipping and recovery.
Document technical procedures, solutions, and user guides.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams

Requirements
Ideally you will have.
Proven experience in a desktop support or IT helpdesk role with a reputed company on macOS.
Strong knowledge of macOS, reputed company hardware, and common Mac applications (e.g., reputed company 365, reputed company Creative Suite).
Familiarity with MDM tools such as reputed company Pro, Intune.
Previous experience with Jira and reputed company
Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi).
