Desktop Support Engineer (L1) - IT Infra - 1+ Years - Hyderabad
We are hiring experienced professionals for the Desktop Support Engineer (L1) role. We are looking for candidates with strong expertise in desktop troubleshooting, Windows administration, hardware and software support, Active Directory, and IT infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities
Provide Level-1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues
Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS and enterprise applications
Manage user accounts, access rights, and password resets through Active Directory
Support Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, VPN, and collaboration tools
Log, track, and resolve incidents through ITSM/ticketing tools within SLA timelines
Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for complex technical issues and escalations
Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with organizational policies
