Job Description L1 Support free lancer at faridabad
Experience: 15 Years Job Role and Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network-related issues. Perform basic configuration and troubleshooting of network issues in LAN and Wi-Fi environments. Support users with hardware and software troubleshooting requests. Monitor ticket queues and provide timely updates as per agreed SLA timelines. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue escalation and resolution. Install and configure antivirus software and support software installations. Assist in maintaining IT inventory records for hardware and software assets. Support account creation, password resets, and user access management activities. Perform installation, replacement, and basic maintenance of IT equipment as required. Maintain accurate documentation related to installations, configurations, and support activities. Ensure timely closure of incidents/service requests with proper closure remarks. Provide technical support to end users both remotely and onsite. Assist in testing and deployment of new technologies and devices. Ensure adherence to organizational IT policies and operational procedures. Required Skills Basic understanding of LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networking. Knowledge of Windows OS, desktop support, and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and LAN/WAN/WLAN troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with switches, firewalls, and network infrastructure support. Familiarity with ticketing tools and SLA-based support environments. Good communication and coordination skills.
Compensation: 700.00 - 800.00 per day
