01Overview
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving hardware (laptops, printers) and software (OS, applications) issues, both on-site and remotely.
- System Installation & Maintenance: Configuring, updating, and maintaining user workstations, including imaging recent machines and upgrading hardware.
- Active Directory & Network Management: Handling user accounts (password resets, permissions) via Active Directory and ensuring stable network/VPN connectivity.
- Ticketing & Documentation: Recording, tracking, and closing IT support tickets, and documenting solutions for future reference.
- User Training & Security: Educating employees on IT policies and security best practices, and ensuring anti-virus/security software is functional.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Compensation: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
