Job Description Desktop Support Engineer L2 / Network Support Experience:
4-5 Years Key Responsibilities Provide L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and Teams. Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and application-related issues. Manage Active Directory user accounts, password resets, permissions, and basic Group Policy issues. Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP connectivity issues. Configure and troubleshoot Cisco switches, routers, and wireless access points. Perform basic VLAN, IP addressing, routing, and switching activities. Monitor network connectivity and troubleshoot network-related incidents. Support network printers and resolve printing and connectivity issues. Provide Mac/macOS troubleshooting and basic user support. Handle incidents and service requests through ServiceNow/Jira/ManageEngine or other ticketing tools.
Compensation: From 37,787.56 per month
