01Key Responsibilities
* Recruit a minimum of 5 insurance advisors every month.
* Help advisors complete the IRDAI licensing process and explicit the IRDAI exam.
* Train and motivate advisors to generate business and achieve sales targets.
* Support advisors in customer meetings and sales activities.
* Monitor advisor performance and ensure business growth through the agency channel
