Job Title: DevOps Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines while ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance using monitoring and logging tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline software delivery processes.
- Ensure system availability, scalability, security, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement security best practices, access controls, and compliance standards.
- Maintain documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong experience with:
- Linux Administration
- AWS/Azure/GCP (preferably AWS)
- Docker and Kubernetes
- CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
- Version Control Systems (Git)
- Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch)
- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Shell scripting.
- Understanding of networking concepts, DNS, load balancing, and security best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in microservices architecture.
- Exposure to security and compliance frameworks.
- Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Solutions Architect, or Kubernetes certifications.
- Experience with database administration and performance tuning.

Compensation: 350,000.00 - 1,000,000.00 per year
