- 4+ years in infrastructure, SRE, platform, or DevOps engineering.
- Shipped and operated containerized systems in production
- Robust Docker , Kubernetes, pytest, Terraform.
- Demonstrated technical leadership: you have set conventions others followed, and reviewed others' work at volume.
- Comfort making judgment calls quickly under a fixed deadline
- Agent-driven development see below, this is a hard filter.
- CI/CD in production at least one of GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins, built and maintained, not just consumed. .
