Requirements
Experience: 10+ years in DevOps/platform engineering with 3+ years leading DevOps for a full programme.
CI/CD: Built and owned CI/CD pipelines with quality and security gates at scale.
Kubernetes: Production deployment automation Helm, GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux), cluster operations.
Cloud/Infra: Infrastructure-as-code at scale Terraform, Ansible plus cloud or hybrid environment ownership.
Security: Pipeline security tooling integration (SAST/DAST, image scanning, secret management with Vault).
Observability: Application- and infrastructure-level metrics/logging/tracing implementation.
Qualifications and certifications
Education and credentials that support this role.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
CKA/CKAD or equivalent preferred. .
