Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Tekton.Manage containerized application deployments using Docker and OpenShift.Configure and maintain Nginx for application routing, security, and traffic management.Manage application artifacts and dependencies using JFrog Artifactory.Support source control, branching, and release workflows using Git / Bitbucket.Perform QA validation, regression testing, and release verification.Provide production support, incident triage, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).Monitor application environments and contribute to reliability and production-readiness improvements.Automate repetitive deployment, testing, monitoring, and support activities.Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth releases.Contribute to AI-assisted automation for testing, monitoring, log analysis, and application support workflows.Required Skills35 years of experience in DevOps, QA, Application Support, or a related role.Hands-on experience with:DockerOpenShiftNginxJFrog ArtifactoryJenkins or TektonGit / BitbucketGood understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release management.Experience supporting application environments and production releases.Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Good understanding of incident management and root cause analysis.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Preferred SkillsExposure to Agentic AI / AI-driven automation.Experience using LLMs for test automation, log analysis, troubleshooting, or support tooling.Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools.Understanding of application performance and production-readiness practices.Experience automating QA, deployment, or support workflows.EducationB.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline. .
