Digital Banking Test Lead (Chennai)

Test Lead Skill Digital Banking, UAT, End to End Testing, Defect Management candidate must have experience in Digital Banking. Handle team size of 20 + across various location. Solid experience in SIT, UAT, Regression, and E2E testing. Resource should have experience in Database testing should Expertise in defect lifecycle management. Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Xray. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong Banking and Financial Services domain experience. Prepare test plans, strategy documents, and estimations. Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Manage end-to-end SIT, UAT execution and reporting. Oversee test case design and execution activities. Lead defect triage meetings and RCA discussions. Track testing progress, quality metrics, and project risks. Coordinate with Business, Product Owners, Development, and UAT teams. Ensure release readiness and quality sign-off. Support governance meetings and status reporting. .
