01Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue growth and commercial outcomes across assigned client accounts. - Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key client stakeholders. - Map relationships across business users, decision-makers, and executive stakeholders. - Identify cross-sell, upsell, new buying center, and white-space opportunities. - Develop account plans, share-of-wallet assessments, and account growth strategies. - Partner with Delivery and Solutions Engineering teams to conduct growth-focused QBRs and client engagements. - Lead and oversee renewal processes, including pricing and contract scope alignment. - Maintain accurate account information, opportunity tracking, pipeline forecasts, and activities in Salesforce CRM. - Monitor industry trends and competitive developments relevant to assigned accounts. - Act as the primary escalation point for strategic client relationships when required. - Collaborate with Marketing on account-based initiatives, customer success stories, and case studies. Required Qualifications: - 10+ years of B2B Account Management / Sales experience in technology services, SaaS, or enterprise software. - Experience in AI/ML, data services, technology services, or enterprise software preferred. - Proven track record of growing revenue within enterprise accounts. - Experience managing accounts in the $50K$250K+ range. - Strong executive presence and ability to build trusted-advisor relationships. - Experience working with US-based clients and US time zones, including PST and EST coverage. - Strong experience in account planning, relationship mapping, and share-of-wallet analysis. - Demonstrated ability to identify and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts. - Strong CRM, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales productivity skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. - Willingness to travel up to 30% for client meetings and QBRs. - Bachelor's degree required. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in AI data services, data annotation, data labeling, ML training data, or computer vision. - Familiarity with Autonomous Vehicles, Robotics, Computer Vision, GenAI, or LLM markets. - Knowledge of account management methodologies and frameworks. - MBA or other advanced degree.
