Job Title: Digital Marketing ConsultantJob SummaryWe are seeking a strategic, results-driven Digital Marketing Consultant to join our growth team. In this role, you will not just "sell" servicesyou will act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients. You will analyze their current online presence, diagnose performance gaps, and pitch tailored digital solutions (SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Web Development) that drive real business growth. Key Responsibilities Consultative Pitching: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand prospective clients' business goals, pain points, and budgets. Digital Audits: Analyze prospects' current digital footprints (using tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, or Meta Ad Library) to identify growth opportunities. Proposal Creation: Collaborate with our internal technical teams to design and present customized digital marketing roadmaps and pitches. Pipeline Management: Own the full sales cycle from initial outbound/inbound contact to contract signing and smooth handoff to Account Managers. Revenue Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly New Business Revenue goals. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 25 years of experience in a sales, account management, or strategist role within a digital marketing agency environment. Industry Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Paid Social, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Communication: Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex technical marketing concepts to non-technical business owners. Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic digital marketing diagnostic tools.
