Digital Outreach & CRM Executive
ANG Placement & Staffing Solutions is hiring a Healthcare Recruitment, Digital Outreach & CRM Operations Executive to manage doctor sourcing, candidate engagement, recruitment campaigns, CRM/ATS operations, database management, and digital recruitment activities.
Location: Indore | Experience: 2 - 4 Years | Work Mode: WFO Qualification: Graduate in HR, Management, Marketing, Commerce, IT or related field preferred
Responsibilities: Doctor sourcing through Naukri, Shine & LinkedIn, candidate screening & qualification, DoubleTick/WhatsApp conversations, candidate follow-ups, lead conversion, Naukri N-Vites, bulk email campaigns, job posting, social-media recruitment, Zoho Recruit/CRM management, resume handling, database quality, recruiter coordination, profile assignment, recruitment trackers, and basic workflow/automation support.
Requirements: 2 - 4 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition, CRM operations or digital recruitment. Healthcare/doctor recruitment experience preferred. Hands-on experience with Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn or similar platforms. Strong communication, follow-up and candidate-handling skills, good database/ATS knowledge, attention to detail, target-oriented approach, and ability to manage high-volume recruitment activities.
