Digital Marketing Executive (Female)

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and communication-focused Digital Marketing Executive (Female) to support lead engagement, online event coordination, customer communication, and digital promotion activities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, following up professionally, supporting marketing campaigns, and helping build a strong online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact and follow up with prospective customers generated through online campaigns and enquiry forms
- Handle calls, messages, email communication, and virtual meetings professionally
- Explain available learning resources, registration steps, and next actions clearly
- Guide interested people towards online sessions, informational videos, and scheduled follow-ups
- Maintain lead records, follow-up status, and communication notes
- Support customer engagement and relationship-building activities
- Assist in coordinating online sessions, live events, and community interactions
- Work closely with the marketing and support teams for smooth lead coordination
- Collect customer feedback, testimonials, reviews, and success stories
- Support online reputation-building and customer satisfaction activities
- Assist with routine marketing coordination and operational tasks
- Maintain a professional, helpful, and positive communication style

Required Skills:

- Strong spoken and written communication in English and Hindi
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Knowledge of social media promotion and audience engagement
- Basic understanding of online advertising and lead generation
- Familiarity with email communication and follow-up processes
- Basic knowledge of online events and customer engagement
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using common office software, online communication tools, and lead-tracking systems
- Familiarity with basic visual-content creation tools is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple follow-ups in an organised manner

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Background in digital marketing, communication, media, customer support, counselling, or business development
- Experience in calling, lead follow-up, customer coordination, or client relationship handling is preferred
- Confident, well-presented, and comfortable interacting with people online
- Interest in branding, online learning, marketing, and community engagement
