Salary
INR 40,000 to 70,000 per month depending on experience and demonstrated programme management ability. Immediate joiners preferred.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Operations and Programme Manager who can run the full operational engine of Dotcom Growth's client delivery. This person is the connective tissue between strategy and execution. They coordinate freelancers, vendors, and internal team members across lead generation, outreach, digital marketing, content, website, landing pages, and paid ads, and make sure nothing falls through the gap.
This is not a creative role and not a technical role. This is a programme management and execution ownership role. You get things done. You track every moving part. You follow up before being asked. You surface problems before they become delays. The founder should never have to chase status on any task that is your responsibility.
What You Will Do
Own end-to-end task and project management across all active workstreams including lead generation campaigns, outreach sequences, digital marketing, website revamps, landing page builds, content pipelines, and paid ad campaigns
Coordinate and manage freelancers, vendors, and agency partners across content writing, design, development, SEO, ads, and outreach, ensuring timely delivery and quality output
Manage and maintain a live project tracker covering all active tasks, owners, deadlines, and status across every workstream
Brief freelancers and vendors clearly, review deliverables for quality alignment, and manage revision cycles without founder involvement
