Digital performance marketing

Job Role Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the education industry, preferably in digital/performance marketing.Strong proficiency in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies, with the ability to plan, execute, optimize, and manage promotional campaigns.Hands-on experience with Google Ads, including:Google Search AdsDisplay AdsYouTube AdsStrong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and lead-generation campaigns.Experience in keyword research, paid search campaigns, campaign optimization, and search engine marketing (SEM).Strong understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track campaign performance, conversions, user behavior, and ROI.Ability to analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.Knowledge of SEO and content marketing will be an added advantage.Knowledge or hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Connected TV (CTV) advertising will be an added advantage.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong understanding of lead-generation funnels, audience targeting, conversion tracking, remarketing, and performance optimization.Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.Work Mode: This is a full-time, on-site position.
