Role Details: Designation: SM /M Digital Tech member Role type: Individual Contributor Department: Digital Reporting to: VP- Digital Tech Lead Location: Mumbai HO Your Role (summary): Team Member Digital Technology Digital Asset Management &
Product Execution Lead the development, management, and continuous enhancement of digital assets including Websites, Mobile Apps, APIs, and platforms. Drive end-to-end product execution from concept to deployment and ongoing optimization. Build and refine customer-centric user journeys to deliver best-in-class digital experiences. Leverage analytics, customer insights to continuously improve product features, user journeys, and conversion metrics Work closely with Stakeholders to prioritize features, manage backlogs, and ensure smooth product releases.
Technology
Stack &
Integrations Own the digital technology stack across web, mobile, APIs, middleware, and backend systems. Manage and govern integrations with internal and external systems (KRAs, KYC agencies, Payment Gateways, CRM/LMS, API providers, etc).
Ensure Cost
Optimized scalable, secure, and high-performance architecture.
Vendor
Management &
Negotiations Lead vendor selection, negotiations, and ongoing management to ensure cost-effective and high-quality delivery. Drive partnerships for adoption of modern, cutting-edge technologies. Manage day-to-day vendor interactions, upgrades, and issue resolution.
Digital
Transformation &
Automation Drive digital transformation using modern technologies, Dev Ops practices, Agile frameworks, and data-driven insights. Lead automation of manual processes to improve efficiency and scalability. Build and maintain a robust API ecosystem and integration framework. Cost Optimization &Budget Management Manage and optimize digital technology budgets while ensuring system performance and scalability. Drive cost optimization initiatives across platforms, integrations, and vendor engagements.

Stack &
Architecture Own the overall technology architecture for digital assets, APIs, middleware, and backend systems. Ensure alignment with modern, scalable, and secure design principles. The experience you bring (Educational Qualification / Experience): 8-10 years of Experience in Technology/ Financial industry, especially with Mutual Funds, Broking firms Btech in Computer Science/ IT/ related streams and preferably from premier Tier I or II institute Robust expertise in Digital Product Management, Integrations, and Architecture Certification/s: Agile, Digital transformation preferred NISM . experiance: 96 skill: Digital Asset Management, User Journeys, Analytics, Vendor Management, Digital Transformation, Automation, Cost Optimization, Budget Management, Product Execution, Negotiations industry: BFSI .
