Are you a seasoned functional analyst and recognized expert in the #1 CRM platform Salesforce.Com is a core functional area within KKR Technology, reporting to our CIO. For this exceptional opportunity as a Senior Salesforce team member, you will lead the resolution of complex business challenges leveraging Financial Services Cloud, working as part of a distributed, offshore-based team collaborating closely with U.S.-based stakeholders.
This role will focus on the following objectives:
Lead the design and delivery of innovative Salesforce.Com solutions using advanced Configuration on the Financial Services Cloud platform to support our businessDrive our support and enhancement projects, ensuring underlying data is high quality, well-governed, and compliant with Salesforce.Com Financial Services guidelinesOwn and advance our Mobile strategyStrengthen and mature security and audit practices across the orgLead reporting efforts leveraging AI, including guiding less experienced team members on approachMentor junior and mid-level analysts, providing technical guidance and quality oversightServe as a trusted advisor to end users and business partners, overseeing day-to-day operations ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Independently gather, analyze, and refine complex business requirements, partnering directly with business stakeholders across time zonesLead design of technical and functional implementation solutions from business requirements, with minimal oversightArchitect and build solutions leveraging Salesforce.Com Configuration technologies (objects, flows, formula fields, reports and dashboards, AppExchange products), applying best practices and scalable design patternsDefine and oversee test strategy, including Unit and Integration testing, ensuring quality across the team's deliverablesLead troubleshooting efforts and resolve complex issues during functional testing and UAT phases using advanced Salesforce debug toolsDrive business and technology discussions for requirement gathering analysis, prototyping, design reviews, and testing;
