How can you make an Impact
Oversee the expedient sale of units within the designated project.Deliver precise and pertinent information regarding unit/project pricing, delivery schedules, and specifications through site visits, while addressing customer inquiries via telephone and email within stipulated time frames.Collaborate with back-office, legal, and accounts departments to streamline documentation processes and ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.Administer existing payment collections and ensure their timely execution.Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with prospective and current clients to foster referrals and achieve sales objectives.Consistently update client and sales data on the Salesforce platform daily.
What are we looking for
Passionate about Sales, self-motivated and enthusiastic professional with 3-9 years of work experience (real estate background)High on integrity, energy & enthusiasm.Passionate about adding value and creating high impact.Measure success by achieving both customer delight and consistently achieving numbers.Highly intellectual and good at objection handling. .
