About the Role
We are looking for a Director CV Loan Sales to lead and scale Delhiverys Commercial Vehicle lending business nationally. The role will be responsible for driving sales strategy, building distribution channels, managing key partnerships, and delivering profitable portfolio growth through Delhiverys logistics ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive national sales, disbursement, and revenue targets for CV Finance.
- Build and scale sourcing channels through OEMs, dealers, fleet operators, DSAs, and strategic partners.
- Leverage Delhiverys logistics network to drive customer acquisition.
- Partner with Credit, Risk, Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Build and lead a high-performing regional sales team.
- Ensure solid portfolio quality and adherence to risk and compliance standards.
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in Commercial Vehicle Finance, Vehicle Loans, Banking, NBFC, or Fintech.
- Strong understanding of the CV ecosystem, dealer networks, and transport industry.
- Experience managing large geographies and leading sales teams.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and portfolio expansion. .
