- 10+ years of leadership experience in global channel, partner programs, or alliances within high-growth SaaS or technology environments, preferably in cybersecurity or cloud.
- Proven ability to lead and scale global teams while driving operational excellence and consistent execution across regions.
- Strong expertise in partner ecosystems, including Systems Integrators, Cloud Service Providers, VARs, and MSPs.
- Demonstrated success aligning cross-functional teams to deliver unified business outcomes and exceed performance targets.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience building performance dashboards and using data to inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex initiatives for diverse audiences.
- Strong execution mindset, strategic thinking, adaptability, and comfort operating in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments.
