Director, Inventory Accounting (eCommerce focused)

Act as a subject matter expert for Reporting, Inventory and Process Controls. Build out and implement plans for international expansion into new markets. 3rd Party Logistics Reporting Specialist: Oversee and perform the reconciliation of data between the company's third-party logistics providers and our internal systems. Responsible for Month End Close as it relates to the Inventory. Accountable for the process of SKU creation and Bill of Material Management. Lead the Inventory Accounting team on new processes, business initiatives and assist with the ERP implementation-MS Dynamics. Responsible for the Inventory in Transit process to ensure proper calculations. Ensure timely and accurate quarterly counts across 20+ warehouses. Perform ad hoc financial analysis as needed for the team.

Bachelors degree in accounting or finance required CPA or CMA certification preferred 8+ years experience in inventory/cost accounting, with a minimum of 5 years of recent experience in a manufacturing environment within a CPG/Retail/eCommerce company 5+ years of experience leading and coaching a team Possess a strong understanding of manufacturing, retail operations, and inventory accounting within a company with 500+ skus, ranging between raw materials, WIP and finished goods, both domestic and international Ability to travel up to 3 days per quarter, for cycle counts Previous experience with Quickbooks Knowledge and experience with 3PL's Demonstrated knowledge of ERP systems, such as MS Dynamics Advanced Excel Skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
