We are looking for a seasoned investment qualified to lead the origination and execution of healthcare real estate and infrastructure transactions across India. This leadership role requires deep expertise in healthcare investments, M&A;, real estate platforms, financial modeling, and stakeholder management to drive high-value strategic transactions.

Responsibilities
Lead origination and execution of healthcare real estate and infrastructure transactions, including hospitals, diagnostics, life sciences assets, and medical infrastructure.
Manage end-to-end investment transactions involving M&A;, joint ventures, platform investments, asset monetization, and lease structures.
Build financial models, conduct investment analysis, and evaluate complex transaction structures to support investment decisions.
Develop and maintain relationships with investors, healthcare operators, developers, private equity funds, and senior stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional teams, manage external advisors, and drive successful deal execution from origination to closure.
Requirements
1218+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Transaction Advisory, or Capital Markets.
Solid experience in healthcare investments, healthcare M&A;, real estate, infrastructure, or asset monetization transactions.
Expertise in financial modeling, investment underwriting, valuation, and deal structuring.
Excellent stakeholder management, commercial acumen, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Tier-1 MBA preferred; CA/CFA qualification will be an added advantage.
