Bachelors OR Masters in electronics/computer engineeringBachelor or Masters in electrical/computer engineering10 to 12 years of experience in RTL2GDS flow & has taped out designs in advanced processes4 to 5 years of Management experience leading a team with Customer interfacing experience preferredKnowledge of Cadence and/or Synopsys toolsStrong analytical, problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.English proficiency preferredExperience in signoff STA/LVS/DRC flows of advanced processes Advantage
