This leader is accountable for technical strategy, organizational execution, service health, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, network operations, product, and planning stakeholders. The organization owns business-critical systems including the Internet Route Controller (IRC), Backbone Health Reporter (BHR), Internet Probe Management System, Network Planning Service (NPS), Backbone control-plane services such as Path Computation Engine and Virtual Route Reflector controllers, and platform automation capabilities. .
