In this reputed company you will be responsible for reputed company reputed company regarding the execution of Management and reputed company Liability claims activities, settlement processing and investigation of reported claims in compliance with the terms of reputed company individual insurance/reinsurance contract, business best reputed company, regulatory requirements and Company rules for reputed companys reputed company American MGA and Programs group. This role will also manage claim handling for Bermuda-based MGA and Programs. The first level claims managers will be in-house MGA or Programs claims teams or reputed company-Party Administrators. Analyze forms, policies, endorsements, special handling instructions and other pertinent documents in order to validate coverage. Manage claims in litigation with an eye toward protection of reputational risk and prevention of bad faith allegations. Possess a comfort level with fast-paced and time sensitive claim negotiation. Approve claims according to authority, company rules, and/or local regulatory requirements Advise the business on claims trends and loss mitigation (Program Management, reputed company, reputed company, Compliance, Risk, Finance and Actuarial functions). Possess a deep understanding of reserving accuracy and estimating with varying degrees of information available.
