Director of Marketing

Our Marketing department is in search of Director of Marketing to join and lead our team of creative individuals. You will be primarily responsible for overseeing the completion of various marketing projects. You should also be to supervise marketing activities and campaigns from the start to finish. 

You will be developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans. Also, you should be able to communicate the marketing targets to the team members. Besides, you should be able to plan and allocate budgets and monitor its fulfillment. You should also be able to analyze the market behavior and competitor activities. 

As a Director of Marketing, you should display excellent leadership qualities and the ability to maintain calm composure at all times. Moreover, you should have excellent knowledge of various web analytical tools. Your ability to drive the team to achieve marketing targets will be beneficial.

• Leading and overseeing the marketing team 

• Reviewing marketing strategies and plans

• Coordinating with the Sales department in developing promotional events 

• Addressing urgent customer queries and complaints 

• Developing, implementing, and tracking budget for all the marketing activities 

• Helping with lead generation activities 

• Overseeing various marketing projects from the start to completion 

• Organizing and attending marketing and networking events 

• Providing constructive feedback to the marketing team 

• Preparing and maintaining performance reports 

• Building and maintaining long lasting business relationships with clients
